Introduction
The book’s content is a Master’s thesis in Marketing Management .The purpose of this thesis is to examine how a governmental organization can manage customer satisfaction via mass media as marketing communication tool. The study deduced conclusions that are generally directed to administrations of state institutions in order to draw a positive mental picture about marketing on their customers.
