الملخص:-

تعتبر الهجرة ظاهرة إنسانية وحقا مشروعا لكل فرد، حيث عرفتها الأمم منذ القدم، ولكن وبعد الارتفاع في اعداد السكان تم العمل على ترسيم الحدود بين الدول، وسن القوانين التي تحكم تلك التحركات والتنقلات، ولكن ونظرا لعدة عوامل اقتصادية، وتعليمية، واجتماعية جعلت العديد من المهاجرين يسلكون طريق غير شرعي للهجرة إلى دول أخرى إما طلبا للرزق أو للتحسين من تلك الظروف المعيشية الصعبة، حتى باتت ظاهرة عالمية، ومشكلة  تؤرق الدول سواء كانت مصدرة أو مستقبلة لها أو حتى دول عبور لهؤلاء المهاجرين، وفي ظل ما يترتب على هذه الظاهرة من تهديدات تمس جميع الدول، عكف الكثير من الباحثين والمهتمين بهذا الجانب على دراسة هذه الظاهرة، والبحث في أسبابها، وسبل الحد من انتشارها، ومن ضمن هذه الدراسات هذه الدراسة التي هدفت إلى التعرف على أسباب انتشار هذه الظاهرة، بعينة بلغت (240) مهاجر غير شرعي من جنسيات مختلفة، حيث استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الدراسة اداتي المقابلة والملاحظة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، حيث أسفرت نتائج هذه المقابلات عن تربع الظروف الاقتصادية قائمة تلك الأسباب والعوامل التي تؤدي بالمهاجر إلى ترك وطنه والهجرة إلى بلدان أخرى، حيث ان أغلب الدول المصدرة للهجرة غير الشرعية تعاني من فقر شديد، وانتشار للبطالة، كما تعاني من ضعف شديد في الأجور، مما دفع المهاجر إلى التفكير في الهجرة، كذلك لعبت الحروب وانتشار الصراعات في هذه الدول دورا وعاملا مهما في هجرة مواطني هذه الدول من بلدانهم، كما لعبت انتشار الأمية في هذه الدول عاملا لا يقل اهمية عن سابقيه، حيث يعد غياب الوعي وانتشار الجهل من الأسباب التي تؤدي بالمهاجر إلى ترك وطنه والهجرة إلى بلدان أخرى، كما يلعب الإعلام دورا هاما في هذه الظاهرة، حيث يلعب الإعلام عامل جذب قوي للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين للهجرة من أوطانهم إلى هذه الدول.

Abstract

Immigration is considered a human phenomenon and a legitimate right for every individual, as nations have known it since ancient times. However, after the increase in population numbers, work was done to demarcate borders between countries and enact laws that govern these movements and movements. However, due to several economic, educational, and social factors that made many… Migrants take an illegal path to immigrate to other countries, either to seek livelihood or to improve those difficult living conditions, to the point that it has become a global phenomenon, and a problem that worries countries, whether they are exporting or receiving them, or even transit countries for these immigrants, and in light of the threats resulting from this phenomenon. It affects all countries. Many researchers and those interested in this aspect have devoted themselves to studying this phenomenon, researching its causes, and ways to limit its spread. Among these studies is this study, which aimed to identify the reasons for the spread of this phenomenon, with a sample of (240) Illegal immigrants of different nationalities. This study used the descriptive analytical approach. The study also used interview and observation tools to collect data and information. The results of these interviews revealed that economic conditions top the list of reasons and factors that lead the immigrant to leave his homeland and immigrate to other countries. As most of the countries exporting illegal immigration suffer from extreme poverty, widespread unemployment, and very weak wages, which prompted immigrants to think about immigration, wars and the spread of conflicts in these countries also played an important role and factor in the migration of citizens of these countries from their countries. The spread of illiteracy in these countries also played a factor no less important than its predecessors, as the lack of awareness and the spread of ignorance are among the reasons that lead immigrants to leave their homeland and migrate to other countries. The media also plays an important role in this phenomenon, as the media plays a strong factor of attraction for immigrants. Illegal immigrants to immigrate from their homelands to these countries.
