Abstract

This study dealt with the concept of organizational culture, its importance and characteristics, while showing its impact on the performance of institutions in general and applying to King Khalid Hospital in Hafr AlBatin in particular. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and for analyzing data and information statistically, the researcher used the program of statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS) to assess the impact of organizational culture in the relationship between the strategic management and performance at King Khalid Hospital in Hafr Al-Batin In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a survey based on scientific steps to be used in the

collection of data related to the study of whom the researcher selected a random sample of 40 individuals Purposeful sample.

The study’s problem with the title of the study was the influence of organizational culture as a mediating variable in the relationship between strategic management and institutional performance

The researcher chose a main hypothesis, namely, What is the  impact of the organizational culture prevalent in King Khalid Hospital in Hafr Al-Batin in the relationship between strategic management and performance?

The study has reached a number of conclusions. The most

 important of these is that the study recommends strengthening the application of the principles of strategic management at King Khalid Hospital, through the development of clear strategic plans, the setting of measurable goals, and the monitoring of their implementation on a regular basis.

The study recommends the development of a positive and supportive organizational culture by strengthening the values of cooperation, transparency and innovation, encouraging the participation of workers in decision-making, and providing a stimulating work environment.

The study recommends investing in the development of the  skills and abilities of workers, through the provision of training and development programs, and motivating them to offer their best

An important recommendation of the study is that aspects of organizational culture should be included in the hospital’s strategic plans and considered essential to achieving strategic go Keywords: culture, strategic management, goalals.
