مقدمة : 

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على موقع الشباب الأردني في عملية التنمية السياسية، وتوضيح أثر المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب على عملية التنمية السياسية، وسعت الدراسة للكشف عن مدى إدماج الشباب في عملية التنمية السياسية. وعالجت الدّراسة فرضية مفادها “أنّ هناك علاقة ارتباطيه سلبية بين عزوف الشباب عن المشاركة السياسية، وتحقيق عملية التنمية السياسية في ظل الظروف السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وكلما زادت نسبة المشاركة السياسية الفاعلة للشباب زادت فرص تحقيق عملية التنمية السياسية، وتحقيق أهدافها في الأردن، وعليه اختيرت صحة الفرضيّة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إطار تحقيق أهداف الدراسة.

ولتحقيق غايات الدراسة اعتمد الباحث على أداة الاستبانة، حيث قام على تصميم الاستبانة وتحكيمها من قبل مجموعة من الأساتذة، ورؤساء الاقسام في الجهات الرسمية، وشباب من ذوي الخبرة العلمية والعملية والتأكد من مصداقيتها وشمول عينتها، ووُزعتْ الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية على مستوى المملكة، ولكل جامعة حكومية وخاصة بواقع (500) طالب، ثم قام الباحث بجمع المعلومات وتحليلها بواسطة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الإنسانية (SPSS) ومن ثم عرض النتائج ومناقشتها.

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها: أن موقع الشباب الأردني كان حاضرا ضمن خطط عمل المعنيين؛ لتمكين وتعزيز الشباب وإدماجهم في عملية التنمية السياسية، على الرغم من عزوف الشباب لمزاولة النشاط السياسي، وضعف وتذبذب المشاركة السياسية لديهم، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جهود المعنيين لم تكن ناجعة ولم تلبي طموحات الشباب، ولم تنجح في تهئية البيئة السياسية المناسبة التي لم تعمل على تفعيل مشاركة الشباب في الحياة السياسية والانخراط في الأحزاب السياسية، إذ خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أعلى مستوى للمحاور في الدراسة الاستطلاعية كانت لمجموعة العناصر الاجتماعية.

وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالشباب ضمن سياسة وطنية واضحة لإدماجهم في عملية التنمية السياسية بشكل حقيقي وجاد.

ABSTRACT

The main objective of this thesis is to investigate the impact of Jordanian youth in the process of political development and explaining the impact of political participation among young people on the process of political development, The study also sought to reveal the extent to which young people are integrated into the political development process, The study also addressed the hypothesis that “there is a negative correlation between the reluctance of young people to participate politically and achieve the political development process under political, economic, social and cultural conditions, The more active political participation of young people, the greater the chances of achieving the political development process and achieving its objectives in Jordan,” therefore, the validity of the hypothesis was chosen using the descriptive analytical approach in the context of achieving the objectives of the study.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the questionnaire tool, where based on the design of the questionnaire and arbitration by a group of professors and heads of departments in the official agencies and working with young people with scientific and practical experience and to ascertain its credibility and the comprehensiveness of its sample, and distributed the questionnaire to a sample of a pharmaceutical represented at the level of the Kingdom and for the regional government and private university with (500) students, and then the researcher collected and analyzed the information by analysis program statistical program for humanities (SPSS) and then presented and discussed the results.

The study concluded a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is that the position of Jordanian youth was present within the action plans of those concerned to enable and strengthen young people and integrate them into the process of political development, despite the reluctance of young people to engage in political activity and the weakness and volatility of political participation. The study found that the highest level of interlocutors in the survey was for the group of social elements. The study recommended the need to take care of young people within a clear national policy to integrate them into the process of political development in a real and serious way.
