Abstract :
In thisstudy, weaim to focus on the relationship of externalfactors to the state-building process in the post-Arab social movement 2011, webeginfrom the ideathatexternalfactors, especially the competition of regional and international powers in the area, has controlled the theArabmovementpathawayfrom the ambitions of the Arab People, and alsocontributed and still in obstructing the State-building/rebuildingprocess. The Arab peoples have becomefrom a major and independentactor in the begining of the arabmovement to a marginal and dependingactor to the rival regional and international powers. Thus, thestatebuilding/rebuildingprocess still in thehandsofexternalfactorsand not in thehandsofinternalactors in thssociety. andthisisthefendamentalfactortothefailingofstatebuildingprocess in theArabarea.
