:Abstract

The main focus will be on the various policies and mechanisms developed by European countries, both in terms of European legislation and through incentive tools, in an economic, social and political assistance package in countries exporting migration, On security solutions, as a therapeutic solution, but it will not be able to eliminate them permanently as long as the main reasons continue to increase the development gap between the two shores of the Mediterranean, and failure to reach final solutions to crises and Regional conflicts that have hindered development projects in the southern Mediterranean countries and led to the emergence of forced demographic movements, perhaps the most prominent aspects of which are the waves of illegal migration across the Mediterranean towards the northern bank.
