المؤسسات الإعلامية من الداخل: أي وجه تعكسه على أخلاقيات الصحفي؟

ملخص  :

تفيد مثل هذه النّوعيّة من الدّراسات في  تحديد الوظائف المتعددة التي تقوم بها الوسائل الإعلامية في الأنظمة الاجتماعيّة المختلفة، باعتبارها انعكاسًا للبيئة الاجتماعيّة التي تعمل في ظلّها وخصائصها، وأنماط ملكيتها، وطبيعة أدائها  فهناك عوامل ترتبط بالنّظام الصحفيّ و الجو العام للمؤسسة (عوامل داخلية)، وتشمل نمط الملكيّة الصّحفيّة، وعلاقات العمل،  ومصادر التّمويل، و نمط الفكر الإداري و التّنظيميّ الذي تتبنّاه المؤسّسة الصّحفيّة، والذي تعكسه شخصية رئيس التّحرير و بنية الجهاز التّحريريّ بالصحيفة.

إنّ معرفة هذه العوامل ينطبق  تماما على الجو العام للمؤسسات الإعلامية الجزائرية و التي بدورها لها أهمّية كبيرة للوقوف على مدى تأثيرها على الأخلاقيات المهنية  للصّحفيّ الجزائري ، لأنّها تتحكّمُ في الآثار السلبيّة و الإيجابيّة التي تنجم عن أداء أيّ صحفي فما يقوم به الصّحفيّ من سبق صحفيّ و البحث عن المصادر الحقيقية، و نقل المعلومات كما هي ، و التأكد من الخبر، ، هذا كلّه مرتبط أساسًا بتأثّره بالجو العام لمؤسسته.

Such quality of studies is useful in determining the multiple functions that the media outlets perform in different social systems, as a reflection of the social environment in which they operate and their characteristics, their ownership patterns, and the nature of their performance. There are factors related to the press system and the general atmosphere of the institution (internal factors),  It includes the pattern of journalistic ownership, business relationships, sources of financing, the style of administrative and organizational thought adopted by the press institution, which is reflected in the personality of the editor-in-chief and the structure of the newspaper’s editorial system.

 The knowledge of these factors applies completely to the general atmosphere of the Algerian media institutions, which in turn have a great importance to determine the extent of their impact on the professional ethics of the Algerian journalist, because they control the negative and positive effects that result from the performance of any journalist, what the journalist does from the previous journalist and  Searching for real sources, transferring information as it is, and verifying the news, all of this is mainly related to his influence on the general atmosphere of his institution.  That is why this study comes as an attempt to answer the following problem: How does the general atmosphere of Algerian written media outlets affect the moral performance of the Algerian journalist?

 This field study, which will be applied to a group of journalists from different Algerian newspapers speaking in both languages, is a sample for the study.
