الملخص:    

هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لاستيعاب خريجي برنامج الدكتوراه في قسم الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي بجامعة صنعاء في سوق العمل؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع استيعابهم في الوظائف الأكاديمية والإدارية بمختلف مستوياتها ومجالاتها، ومعرفة معوقات ومتطلبات الاستيعاب؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي للتعرف على واقع استيعاب الخريجين في سوق العمل، والمنهج النوعي لرصد معوقات الاستيعاب ومتطلبات التصور، واستخدمت المقابلات الفردية, ونقاش المجموعات البؤرية (ندوة علمية نقاشية استمرت لمدة أربعة أيام)، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع خريجي برنامج الدكتوراه في قسم الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي بجامعة صنعاء بلغ عددهم (63) خريجاً وخريجة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) فرداً، ممن شارك في الندوة العلمية.

وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج؛ أبرزها: معرفة واقع ومعوقات استيعاب خريجي برنامج الدكتوراه في قسم الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي بجامعة صنعاء في سوق العمل، وتقديم المتطلبات اللازمة لاستيعابهم فيه، وقائمة مقترحة لمجالات العمل التي يمكن استيعابهم فيها.

Abstract

     The present research aims at presenting a proposal to absorb the PhD program graduates of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at Sana’a University in the labor market , by identifying the reality of their absorption in the academic or administrative positions with various levels and fields, and knowing the constraints and requirements for that absorption, contributing to the development of the doctoral program for the Department of Educational Administration and Planning in the light of the labor market needs, and to meet its requirements from the graduates of the program.

    The survey descriptive method was used to identify the reality of the graduates’ absorption in the labor market, the qualitative approach was used to monitor absorption obstacles and perception requirements, as well as the individual interviews and focus group discussion (a four-day scientific discussion seminar) were used as two tools in the research. The research population included all graduates of the Ph.D. program in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at Sana’a University, as they were (63) graduates (male & female), and the research sample included (30) individuals.

    The research has come up with a number of conclusions, most prominently are: knowing the constraints of absorption of the PhD program graduates in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at Sana’a University in the labor market, providing a list of requirements, and a list proposed for a job fields through which they can be absorbed. The most important recommendations of this research were the establishment of a special association for management and educational planning graduates that adopt their cases, defend their rights, and hold an official scientific declared symposium in this regard, in the presence of the relevant authorities of the three ministries of education (Finance Ministry, Service Ministry and Legal Affairs Ministry), to address the imbalances of the labor market to absorb those graduates.
