ملخص:

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى السلوك الإيجابي لدى طلبة الكليات التقنية في محافظات غزة،  وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الكليات التقنية في محافظات غزة والبالغ عددهم 2664 طالباً وطالبة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة قوامها 388 من كلا الجنسين منهم  (202) من الذكور و (186) من الإناث، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان الأدوات التالية: استبيان السلوك الإيجابي من إعداد الباحثان، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة استخدم الباحثان الأساليب الإحصائية التالية (المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية والوزن النسبي، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، اختبار “ت”، تحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شيفيه). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:

-أن مستوى السلوك الايجابي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة جيد ويقع عند مستوى (81.7%).

-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 ومستوى 0.01 في المجالين الاجتماعي والعملي التطبيقي والدرجة الكلية للسلوك الإيجابي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، لصالح الطالبات، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المجال النفسي.

-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المجال النفسي والدرجة الكلية للسلوك الايجابي لصالح مجموعة كلية تدريب غزة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المجالين الاجتماعي والعملي التطبيقي لصالح مجموعة كلية تدريب غزة.

-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 في المجال الاجتماعي تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح مجموعة المستوى الثاني من أفراد العينة.

-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً في أبعاد المجال الاجتماعي والمجال العملي التطبيقي الدرجة الكلية للسلوك الايجابي تبعاً لمتغير المعدل التراكمي لأفراد العينة. وعند الكشف عن اتجاه الفروق تبين أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المجالين الاجتماعي والعملي التطبيقي والدرجة الكلية للسلوك الايجابي لصالح مجموعة المعدل التراكمي 80 وأكثر.

-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً في جميع أبعاد السلوك الايجابي والدرجة الكلية للمقياس تبعاً لمتغير تعليم الأب ومتغير تعليم الأم لأفراد العينة.

Abstract

The study aims to identify   to level of positive behavior among the students of technical colleges in the provinces of the Gaza Strip, The researcher uses the descriptive analytical approach. The sample of the study is students from all technical colleges in the provinces of the Gaza Strip. The sample consists of 2664 students. It is a random sample  including 388 of both sexes (202) were male and (186) were female. The sample was chosen from the population study.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher uses the following tools: a questionnaire of positive behavior prepared by the researcher, California test for critical thinking skills (Ajwa and Banna, 2000) and the test of thinking inventive (Magdi Habib, 2001) To analyze the data of the study, the researcher uses the following statistical methods arithmetic averages, standard deviations, the relative weight, the Pearson correlation coefficient, test “T”, analysis of variance and test (Shefeh).

Study results: 1 – The results demonstrated that the level of positive behavior among members of the study sample of students from technical colleges in the Gaza Strip was good and at the level of (81.7%).

2- There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level and the level of 0.01 in the social and practical applied fields and the total score for positive behavior depending on the sex variable, in favor of students, it turned out that there were no statistically significant differences in the psychological field.

3- There were statistically significant differences in the psychological field and the overall score of positive behavior in favor of Gaza Training College, and there were significant differences in the social and practical applied fields in favor of Gaza Training College.

4- There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the social field depending on the academic level variable in favor of the second level of the members of the respondents.

5- There were statistically significant differences in the dimensions of the social field and practical applied field overall score of positive behavior variable depending on the cumulative average of the sample. And upon detection of the direction of the differences, it turned out that there were statistically significant differences in the social and practical applied fields and the total score for positive behavior is in favor of the cumulative average 80 and more.

6- There were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions of positive behavior and the total score of the scale depending on the father’s education variable and mother’s education variable of the respondents.
