Résumé

Depuis le début du 20eme siècle, le Maroc a progressivement structuré son territoire en adoptent les premiers temps une logique essentiellement administrative. En 2010 la régionalisation avancée est lancée. Elle se base sur une vision stratégique et intégrée, ou la région prend toute sa place dans le développement national. A cet égard, la régionalisation avancée, l’un des grands chantiers de sa majesté, dès son intronisation, sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI a inscrit la régionalisation au cœur des priorités nationales. C’est dans le discours du 3 janvier 2010, à l’occasion de création de la commission consultative de la régionalisation (CCR), le Roi insiste notamment sur la nécessité de créer un modelé « Maroco-Marocain de régionalisation ».

Abstract

 Since the beginning of the 20th century, Morocco has gradually structured its territory by initially adopting an essentially administrative logic. In 2010 advanced regionalization was launched. It is based on a strategic and integrated vision, where the region plays its full role in national development. In this regard, advanced regionalization, one of His Majesty’s major projects, since his enthronement, His Majesty King Mohammed VI has placed regionalization at the heart of national priorities. It is in the speech of January 3, 2010, on the occasion of the creation of the consultative commission of regionalization (CCR), the King insists in particular on the need to create a model “Moroccan-Moroccan of regionalization”.
