ملخص :

تناولت الدراسة أوضاع اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في سوريا في  الفترة ما بين ( 2011 – 2017)، وهدفت الوقوف على معاناة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في سورية منذبداية الأزمة السورية قبل أن يُضطروا لاحقاً إلى مغادرتها لاجئين في دول الجوار، وتوضيح موقف فلسطيني سوريا من الأزمة السورية، وتداعيات هذه الأزمة على أوضاعهم الديموغرافية والإنسانية والسياسية، والإشارة إلى دور وأداء الجهات المنوط بها التخفيف من آثار هذه المعاناة وبالأخص الأونروا، ومنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، والسلطة الفلسطينية.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى إن للأزمة السورية تبعات وخيمة وخطيرة على اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، إنسانياً وديموغرافياً وسياسياً،وعلى حقهم في العودة الذي سيبقى لب الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحييد الفلسطينيين ومخيماتهم في سوريا عن الأحداث وإبقاء هذه المخيمات على الحياد لتكون ملاذ اآمن الأبنائها إلى حينالعودة، وأن يقوم المجتمعالدولي بدوره المنوطبه، بتأمين المساعدات اللازمة والكافية لصون كرامة اللاجئين في سوريا وفي الشتات ودعم صمودهم ، وأن تعمل (م.ت.ف) والسلطة الفلسطينية على إبلاء قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في سوريا الاهتمام والعناية اللازمين على كلالمستويات.

Abstract.

The study examined  the situation of the Palestinian refugees in Syria in the period between (2011-2017). The study aimed to identify the suffering of Palestinian refugees in Syria before the crisis, and the policies of the Syrian state toward them, and the suffering of the Palestinian refugees in Syria since the beginning of the Syrian crisis before they were forced to leave later refugees in the neighboring countries, and clarify The position of the Syrian Palestinians on the Syrian crisis, and the repercussions of this crisis on their demographic, humanitarian and political situation, and the reference to the role and performance of the agencies entrusted with relieve the effects of this suffering, particularly UNRWA, the PLO and the Palestinian Authority.

The study concluded that the Syrian crisis has great and dangerous consequences for the Palestinian refugees, human, demographically and politically, and their right of return, which will remain the core of the Arab-Israeli conflict. The study recommends that the Palestinians and their camps in Syria be neutralized from the events and that these camps remain neutral to serve as a safe haven for their inhabitants until they return to their homeland. The study also recommends that the international community should provide the necessary and sufficient assistance to preserve the dignity of the refugees in Syria and the diaspora and support their steadfastness. Therefore, we recommend that the PLO and the Palestinian Authority work to giving the Palestinian refugees in Syria the attention and care they need at all levels.
