منـذ أن خلـق الإنسـان هـو في الاتصـال دائـم مـع الآخـرين ومحيطـه الـذي يعـيش فيـه، فالاتصـال حتمية لابد منه لأن الإنسان في أمس حاجة للتعبير عن حاجاته ورغباته أو حتى استقبال أفكـار غـيره وآرائهـم، والإنسـان بـدوره ميـال إلى الاجتماعيـة سليمة ومفهومة لـدى غـيره مـن خـلال المعلومـات والآراء، فكلهـا تكـون علاقـة ورابطـة بـين الأفـراد، لـذا فالاتصال وسيلة مهمة من الوسائل التي تستخدم لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة وفهـم الأمـور والأحـداث الاجتماعيـة والمؤسسـات، وذلـك لمـا تمليـه متطلبـات الحيـاة سـواء ماديـة والاجتماعيـة. وقـد أشـارت الدراسـات والأبحـاث بـأن عمليـات الاتصـال تشـكل نسـبة كبـيرة مـن نشاط المؤسسات الإدارية و الإعلامية ، وهـذا الأخـير يحتـاج إلى طـرف مسـتقبل وقنـاة الاتصـال والعلاقـة بـين المرسـل والمســتقبل تلعــب دوراً في وصــول الرســالة، وعليــه فــإن الاتصــال حتميــة أساســية لاســتقرار المؤسســات وســيرورة نشــاطها، بــل نســتطيع القــول أنــه يعــدّ قاعــدة تبــنى عليهــا جــلّ ومعظــم العمليــات الإداريــة والمؤسساتية، لما له الإسهامات يتعدد ذكرها داخل المؤسسات أو حتىّ خارجها، فالاتصـال يسـاهم في الوقت الراهن. وفي دراسـتنا هـذه أريـد تسـليط الضـوء علـى الواقـع الاتصـالي في المؤسسـات *المؤسسة الإعلامية *، وأخـذنا في إطـار بحثنـا هـذا إذاعة البرج كنموذج للدراسة، تحت عنوان:” واقع الاتصال الداخلي في الإذاعات الجهوية الجزائرية”. وقد تعددت عدّة تساؤلات وإشكاليات حول دراستي لهذا الموضوع: ما واقع الاتصال الداخلي بإذاعة البرج الجهوية وبعد دراستنا التي كانت ميدانية وهي دراسة حالة وبعد تكملتها  تحصلنا على أن فعالية الاتصال الرسمي المنتهج والمبرمج بين العمال، فهو العملية التي تتم من خلالها جميع التفاعلات داخل المؤسسة، ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة فإن المؤسسة تعتمد على الاتصال الرسمي بشكل كبير

Abstract: 

Since the creation of man is in constant contact with others and the environment in which he lives, the inevitable communication is necessary because the human in the need to express the needs and desires or even receive the ideas of others and their views, and the human turn to social sound and understandable to others through information and opinions, Communication and communication between individuals, communication is an important means used to achieve the goals and understanding of things and social events and institutions, because dictated by the requirements of life, both physical and social. Studies and research have indicated that communication processes constitute a large proportion of the activity of administrative and media institutions. The latter needs a receiver, a channel of communication and the relationship between the sender and the receiver plays a role in the arrival of the message. Therefore, communication is essential for the stability of institutions and the process of their activity. A base on which most and most of the administrative and institutional processes are based, because of the many contributions mentioned in the institutions or even outside them, communication is currently contributing. In this study, I would like to highlight the communicative reality in the media institutions. In this research, we took the radio tower as a model for the study under the title: The reality of internal communication in the Algerian regional radio stations. There have been many questions and problems about my study of this subject: What is the reality of internal communication in the regional radio station and after our study, which was a field case study and after completing it we obtained the effectiveness of official communication pursued and programmed among workers, it is the process through which all interactions within the institution, During the study results, the institution relies heavily on formal communication
