Abstract:
This study aims to show The compliance of Algerian Islamic Banks with the principles of corporate governance, where the population studied is represented by the employees of ELBARAKA bank and ESSALAM bank, and to achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 58 respondents. After statistical analysis, we determined that the Algerian Islamic banks committed to the conditions that must be provided in the board members, and aspects related to senior management and their compensation, it is also committed to ensuring the existence of a clear definition of the role of shareholders and ensure their rights, and the preservation of stakeholder rights, and it is committed to internal and external audit procedures and the principle of disclosure and transparency for all data and information.
