ملخص:

تسعى هذه الدراسة لتقديم رُؤية نظرية تحليلية متطورة  للتعليم الجامعي السوداني في ضوء المستجدات المعاصرة من خلال التأكيد على أهمية دور العوامل الموضوعية في الممارسة التعليمية التعلُّمية باتجاه معرفة مسهلات عمليات التطوير والتحديث القائمة على توظيف معطيات تكنولوجيا التعليم والمعلومات؛ من هنا تتخلص أهداف الورقة في الوقوف على التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي السوداني في ضوء المستجدات المعاصرة.ومن ثمّ التعرف على إمكانية زيادة فرص التطوير والتحديث الذي يمكن تحقيقه في التعليم الجامعي السوداني جرّاء استخدام واستثمار معطيات تكنولوجيا التعليم والمعلومات، وتحديد مدى إسهام  التعلُّم عن بعد بمفهومه المنظومي التفاعلي في تقديم حلول ناجعة للتدريس بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في ظل جائحة كوفيد – 19. إتبعت الدراسة المنهجية الوصفية التحليلية.وعليه فقد تضمنت الدراسة بعض الأدبيات، والنتائج والإستنتاجات والتي تأمل وزارة التعليم العالي من خلالها إحداث نقلة نوعية في التعليم الجامعي السوداني بما يُمكّن تحقيقه من تطوير وتحديث جرّاء استخدام واستثمار معطيات تكنولوجيا التعليم والمعلومات. وقد خُتمت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات من أبرزها إعادة صياغة أهداف التعليم الجامعي السوداني في ضوء ما أفرزته ثورة المعلومات وانعكاساتها على إعداد الأطر البشرية المناسبة لمتطلبات العصر.تهيئة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السودانية بمختلف تخصصاتهم ودرجاتهم العلمية وخبراتهم لتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال ،تبني منظومة التعلُّم عن بعد بمفهومها التفاعلي في التعليم الجامعي في ظِل جائحة كوفيد – 19 غير المعروف أمدها لضمان تعلُّم كل طالب في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بحسب إمكاناته وقدراته.

Abstract

This study seeks to present an analytical theoretical an advanced vision of Sudanese university education in light the of contemporary developments by emphasizing the importance of the role of objective factors in instructional and   learning practice towards knowing the facilitators of development and modernization processes based on employing instructional and information technology issues. From here the aims  of the study are to stand on the challenges the Sudanese university education is facing in the light of contemporary developments, and then identifying the possibility of increasing the opportunities for development and modernization that can be achieved in Sudanese university education due to the use and investment of instructional and information technology issues and determining the extent to which distance learning in its interactive systemic concept contributes to providing effective solutions for teaching in higher education institutions In light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study followed the and analytical descriptive methodology, thus, the paper included some literature, results and conclusions, through which the ministry of higher education hopes to bring about a qualitative leap in Sudanese university education in terms of development and modernization that can be achieved through the use and investment of instructional and information technology issues.

The study was concluded with some recommendations, the most important is reformulation of the objectives of the Sudanese university education in light of the results of the information revolution and its implications for preparing appropriate human to the requirements of the era. Preparing the faculty members of Sudanese universities with their various specializations, science degrees and their experiences to use information and communication technology. Adopting an interactive distance learning system in university education in light of the unknown Covid-19 pandemic to ensure the learning of every student in university education institutions according to his capabilities and abilities.
