ملخَّص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّفِ على مدى توفر معايير الجودة في مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية الفلسطينية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الدراسات الاجتماعية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفيِّ الميداني؛ إذْ تمَّ اختيار عيِّنة عشوائية بحجم (205)من معلمي ومعلمات ومشرفي ومشرفات الدراسات الاجتماعيةً، وزِّعت أداة الدراسة المتمثلة بالاستبانة عليهم، حيث تم استخدام برنامج SPSS للعلوم الاجتماعية وتم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتم استخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:

توصلت الباحثة الى أن مدى توفر معايير الجودة في مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية الفلسطينية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الدراسات الاجتماعية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية كانت كبيرة، كما تبين انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05= α) في مدى توفر معايير الجودة في مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية الفلسطينية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الدراسات الاجتماعية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية( الجنس، الوظيفة، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة فإنَّ الباحثة توصي بعدة توصيات، أهمُّها: ضرورة اهتمام القائمين على المناهج الفلسطينية بإثراء المحتوى التعليمي في كتاب الدراسات الاجتماعية وذلك لتعميق فهم الطالب للمحتوى التعليمي بالإضافة إلى ضرورة توظيف التكنولوجيا والدراما وغيرها من الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في تحقيق أهداف محتوى كتاب الدراسات الاجتماعية، وضرورة تطبيق المقرر التعليمي بشكل تجريبي على المدارس لمدة عام أو عامين قبل تطبيقها على الطلبة.

Abstract

The Availability Extent of Quality Standards in the Curricula of Palestinian Social Studies of the Upper Elementary Stage from the Point of View of Teachers and Supervisors of Social Studies in the Northern Governorates of the West Bank

This study aims to identify the availability of quality standards in the Palestinian social studies curricula of the upper elementary stage from the point of view of teachers and supervisors of social studies in the northern governorates of the West Bank. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher adopted the field descriptive method. A random sample of 205 teachersand supervisors of social studies was selected to respond to a questionnaire distributed to them. The collected data was analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Studies SPSSto find out arithmetic means and standard deviations. Besides, Cronbach’s Alpha, One Way Anova and T-test of two independent samples were used.

The researcher found that the quality standards in the curricula of Palestinian social studies of the upper elementary stage are remarkably available from the view of teachers and supervisors of social studies in the northern governorates of the West Bank. The study also revealed that there is no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) in the the extent of the availability of quality standards in the Palestinian social studies curricula of the upper elementary stage from the point of view of teachers and supervisors of social studies in the northern governorates of the West Bank that could be attributed to the variables of sex, career, qualification, years of experience.

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends who are responsible for Palestinian curriculum to enrich the educational content in the book of social studies to deepen the student’s understanding of the educational content. In addition, it is recommended to employ technology, drama and other modern strategies in achieving the objectives of the content of the of social studies book. Finally, the researcher recommends applying the curriculum on a pilot basis to schools for one or two years before applying it to students.
