Abstract  : 

This paper aims to highlight the main stages of telecom reform process in  Morocco. Where the country has opted for a liberal policy in the telecommunications sector since the 90s. This option has been accompanied by a set of institutional reforms and major restructuring that have given the telecommunications sector a major boost, and a significant diversification of the services offered as well as modernization of the infrastructure. However, the liberalization of this sector has contributed significantly to the decrease in the cost of communication, mainly due to the emergence of an increasingly competitive environment.
