يرّكز هذا الكتاب على البحث بأفضل الوسائل والطرق لتمكين المعلمين والمتعلمين من تسخير طاقاتهم بإتجاه تطوير مهاراتهم وقدراتهم المعرفية والعملية إلى أقصى حد ممكن. كما يوفر أساس نظري تطبيقي للمعلمين يمكن الارتكاز عليه في تطوير مهاراتهم التدريسية. كما يعتمد هذا الكتاب بشكل كبير على الشروحات التطبيقية والأمثلة العملية المباشرة التي توضّح المفاهيم بقدر يستطيع القارئ الوصول إلى الفهم الكافي للمعلومة. لم يتعمّد المؤلّف الباحث في هذا الكتاب سرد المعلومات بشكل نظري ممل ومربك لعقل القارئ، حيث كانت الغاية من إعداده الوصول بعقل القارئ نحو المتعة في القراءة والتطبيق. كما هدف المؤلّف إلى التوسع في العرض من ناحية الاضطلاع على المفاهيم والأبحاث المعمولة حول نظريات التدريس وطرقها وبالأخص تلك الصادرة من العاملين في المجال الميداني العملي وفي الحقل التعليمي بشكل مباشر لتكون أقرب من حيث الاستيعاب والتطبيق. تناول المؤلّف في الجزء الأول من الكتاب نظريات التدريس بشكل يوفي بالعوامل الدافعة والمفسّرة لعملية التعليم والتعلم وطبيعة المتعلم وخلفياته والشروط المرتبطة به. حيث تنوعت حزمة النظريات بين تلك المرتبطة بسلوكه ومجتمعه وطبيعة تفكيره وبناء معلوماته وعمليات التذكر والاسترجاع. بينما تناول الجزء الثاني من الكتاب طرق التدريس بشقّيها، تلك التي تُعتبر طرق تقليدية، ولكن هنا حاول المؤلف تسليط الضوء عليها بشكل مختلف بحيث يمكن تطويعها لتحقيق الفائدة المرجوة منها باستخدام استراتيجيات وأساليب حديثة. كما تطرق المؤلّف نحو طرق واستراتيجيات التدريس حديثة النشئ في الحقل التعليمي ومحاولة التعرّف عليها وكيفية الاستفادة منها بشكل يحقق أقصىغايات التعليم.كما تطرّق المؤلّف بشكل متسلسل وعقلاني قائم على طرح الفكرة من طريقة التدريس أو الاستراتيجية المُتّبعة ثم شرحها وتفسيرها من خلال الأمثلة العملية ثم تلخيصها بشكل يعمل على ترتيب المعلومة وغربلتها في عقل القارئ.

Abstract

This book focuses on researching the best means and methods to enable teachers and learners to harness their energies towards developing their knowledge and practical skills and abilities to the maximum extent possible. It also provides an applied theoretical basis for teachers that can be built upon in developing their teaching skills. This book also relies heavily on applied explanations and direct practical examples that clarify concepts in a way that the reader can reach a sufficient understanding of the information. The author in this book did not intend to narrate information in a theoretical way that is tedious and confusing to the reader’s mind, as the purpose of preparing it was to reach the reader’s mind with pleasure in reading and application. The author also aimed to expand the presentation in terms of examining the concepts and research in force on teaching theories and methods, especially those issued by workers in the practical field and in the educational field directly, to be closer in terms of understanding and application. In the first part of the book, the author deals with teaching theories in a way that fulfills the factors that drive and explain the process of teaching and learning, the nature of the learner, his background, and the conditions associated with him. Where the package of theories varied between those related to his behavior, society, the nature of his thinking, the construction of his information, and the processes of remembering and retrieval. While the second part of the book dealt with teaching methods in its two parts, those that are considered traditional methods, but here the author tried to shed light on them in a different way so that they can be adapted to achieve the desired benefit using modern strategies and methods. The author also touched on newly emerging teaching methods and strategies in the educational field, trying to identify them and how to benefit from them in a way that achieves the maximum goals of education. The author also discussed in a sequential and rational manner based on presenting the idea from the method of teaching or the strategy used, then explaining and interpreting it through practical examples, and then summarizing it in a way that works to arrange and sift the information in the mind of the reader.
