ملخص:

تحاول هذه الورقة العلمية البحث في الأسس النظرية لسوسيولوجيا التنظيمات والجمعيات، باعتبارهما أحد أهم فروع علم الاجتماع العام، وتعتمد الدراسة مقاربة نظرية تحليلية غايتها تحليل وضبط مفهوم التنظيمات وتحديد مدلول الجمعية كما هما مطروحان في أدبيات سوسيولوجية التنظيمات، مع مقارنة مختلف التحديات الموجودة في هذا الباب، كما تهدف هذه المقاربة إلى دراسة ومناقشة أبرز الإسهامات النظرية في هذا الحقل السوسيولوجي، بغية تقديم إطار نظري رصين يساعد على دراسة وفهم كل الإشكالات المرتبطة بالتنظيمات والجمعيات في المجتمع.

Abstract :

This paper attempts to examine the theoretical foundations of the sociology of organizations and associations, as one of the most important branches of sociology. The study adopts an analytical theoretical approach aimed at analyzing and controlling the concept of organizations and defining the meaning of the association as presented in the sociological literature of the organizations, while comparing the various challenges in this section. The aim of this approach is to study and discuss the most prominent theoretical contributions in this field of sociology in order to provide a solid theoretical framework that helps to study and understand all the problems organizations with associations and associations in society.
