ملخص :

الكتابة والحديث عن التعذيب ليست أمورًا سهلة أبدًا. إنها تؤثر على الكاتب والقارئ على حد سواء، حيث يجد بعضهم وسيلة للصمود وآخرون وسيلة لإعادة تجربة العذاب. “هنري آليغ“. عانى من هذه الوحشية، وقد أراد مشاركتنا في تجاربه عبر كتابات أهمها: كتاب نشر في عام 1957 خلال الاحتلال الفرنسي، كاشفا عن عالم التعذيب المخيف هذا العالم الشنيع الذي يمحو الحدود بين الضحية ومرتكبيها، مما يخلق ديناميكية معقدة ضمن نظام مكتوم العذاب. إلا أن الكاتب قد حاول شرح واقع تصعيد التعذيب إلى مستويات مميتة من أجل الحصول على مفهوم الصرخات والمعاناة لتفسير أمورا مستحيلة.

فهم هذا العالم السجنى يتطلب الاعتراف بأننا نحلل نصًا وخطبة شهادية تمت كتابتها بعد شهر من الاعتقال. إنها قصة “هنري آليغ”، الذي عُقد في أعماق اليأس في ظل تعرضه للتعذيب والاستجواب. وتحليلنا لهذا النص جاء على ضوء أولا:

-1المواجهة بين المعذب والضحية، ودوافعهم، وفعل التعذيب من خلال النص.

-2 الاعتماد على أعمال وإصدارات كندية ” موريل “ومصادر أخرى لدراستنا التي نراها متعددة التخصصات.

Abstract

Writing and discussing the issue of torture invariably represents a substantial challenge. The inherent sensitivity of both the reader and the writer, when delving into this painful experience, exerts a significant influence on the writing process. For some, tackling this subject can serve as a means to bolster their own resilience, while for others, it may entail the risk of reliving the traumas of this harrowing experience. Henri Alleg, as a victim of this inhumane cruelty, undertook the task of explaining and describing the reality of torture in his work, “The Question,” published in 1957, during the period of French occupation. His purpose was to share this experience with others, to reveal it, and to bring it to the world’s attention. The practice of torture, which the colonial system scarcely dared to acknowledge due to its secretive nature, eventually took shape and circulated discreetly, challenging public opinion.

This text provides an opportunity to explore a dark world peopled by torturers and victims, where the distinction between the victim and the perpetrator blurs, further complicating an abyssal equation between two parties engaged in conflicting relationships that define a concealed system of torture. To better grasp the complexity of this system, our study will first focus on the context of the confrontation between the perpetrator and the victim and then examine the underlying intentions behind these acts of torture. The works of Montagut Muriel will serve as the foundation for our reflection, while other sources will enrich our interdisciplinary study.
