Résumé:

L’importance du transport urbain ne se limite pas à la satisfaction des besoins de déplacements qui conditionnent toute la vie économique, mais elle tient aussi aux rapports qui se sont établis entre intégration urbaine et développement des réseaux. Le système de transport peut être un des moyens de conduire l’intégration urbaine et d’en défavoriser la marginalité.

À travers cette étude nous essaierons de traiter le problème du transport urbain en commun par bus dans la ville de Guelma, on tentera de déterminer les différentes causes derrière l’anarchie du secteur de transport urbain et en effet  la cause de la détérioration de la qualité de service offerte aux usagés. Les résultats de cette analyse feront un état de fait de ce secteur et donc de trouver des solutions efficaces afin de redonner au secteur son statut de service public.

Abstract:

The importance of urban transport is not limited to meeting the travel needs of all economic life, but also to the relationships that have developed between urban integration and the development of networks. The transport system can be one of the means to drive urban integration and to disadvantage its marginality.

Through this study we will try to deal with the problem of urban public transport by bus in the city of Guelma, we will try to determine the different causes behind the anarchy of the urban transport sector and thus behind the deterioration of the quality of service offered to Used. The results of this analysis will make a state of the industry and thus find effective solutions to restore the sector’s public service status.
