Résumé:

La production du présent article vise l’identification des contraintes qui entravent la réussite de l’expérience intercommunale  de la décharge d’OumAzzaafin de trouver des solutions aux problèmes des déchets. C’est aussi considérer la problématique enamont, dans la chaîne de production, la promotion d’uneé co-citoyenneté, garante d’un comportement, d’une consummation responsible et d’une viabilité financière du système.

C’est dans ce cadre d’amélioration de la gestion des déchets des communes de Rabat-Salé et les communes de la préfecture de Skhirat-Temara, ontdécidé de réaliser une décharge contrôlée et trois centres de tri sur le site d’OumAzza qui s’étale sur une superficie de 110 hectare pour lutter contre les nuisances des anciennes décharges sauvages Oulja ,Ain Attiq et akreuch.

Abstract:

The production of this paper aims at identifying the constraints that hinder the success of the intermunicipal experience of the OumAzza landfill in order to find solutions to waste problems. It is also to consider the issue upstream, in the production chain, the promotion of eco-citizenship, guarantor of behavior, responsible consumption and financial viability of the system.

It iswithinthisframework of improvement of the waste management of the municipalities of Rabat-Salé and the municipalities of the prefecture of Skhirat-Temara, decided to realize a controlledlandfill and threesortingcenters on the site of Oum AzzaWhichspans an area of 110 hectares to fightagainst the nuisances of the former wild dumps Oulja, Ain Attiq and akreuch.
